Activities and responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring that the BIM process has been established for the project and is adhered to by the team during the implementation stages of the project.
Duties include:
• Leading post appointment BIM Start-Up Meeting, ensuring all team members clearly understand their roles, responsibilities, project challenges, BIM objectives, actions and other requirements stated in the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Further developing the Pre-Contract BEP to establish and issue the Post-Contract BEP.
• Managing any changes or updates to the BEP during the project period.
• Responsible for quality and compliance assurance including adherence to information project protocols, workflows, model management, data management, compliance with BEP and Client Requirements (EIRs).
• Assess and advise on the impact of changes in client requirements on the BIM delivery strategy and timetable and incorporate any agreed changes into the BEP.
• Manage and oversee agreed project BIM Deliverables such as planning and logistics, schedule extraction, KPIs etc.
• Model and data audit analysis for all project 3D models for compliance against the EIR/BEP and client deliverables at key project stages.

Shepherdess Walk is a refurbishment and re-cladding of two existing 1980s office buildings to provide commercial office space
The development is for improvements to the appearance and streetscape of Shepherdess Walk, works to the existing structure and addition of two additional floors to the main building and a rear extension, increasing the overall lettable space to c 130,000sqft GIA. Works are due to complete in 2019.

REVIT / CAD Technician

REVIT / CAD technician providing detailed drawings for catering equipment planning and specification tenders within new build construction projects and interior refurbishments in various parts of the world using AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit Architecture as contained within Autodesk Building Suite Software.
- Generation of BIM compliant parametric families of catering equipment for planning into Revit projects.

The programme is taught entirely in English and focuses on problem based learning planned around a semester project situated in different countries and current strategic markets.
